Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a very gentle and relaxing massage using essential oils. These essential oils have been used for centuries and date back to the ancient Egyptians and Romans. There is evidence of essences being used even further back to 3000BC. They are extracted from plants (like many modern medicines) and have a therapeutic effect on many of the body's systems when they are absorbed through the skin.

When used in Aromatherapy, essential oils can be very useful at combating many physical problems especially for skin, respiratory and nervous ailments. Clients are either treated with pre-mixed oils for general problems or have individual combinations mixed to suit their specific needs.

On the first visit some additional time is required (at no extra cost) since more than most other therapies, time needs to be taken to discuss your needs and problems to discover the most appropriate treatment for you.
